Privacy policy

How we handle personal information.

This policy covers kayleeai.com.au and the Kaylee AI calling service. It explains what we collect, why, and how to contact us about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Visiting this website

This website is a static site. It stores no cookies of its own and has no accounts or logins. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you.

Booking a call or requesting the overview

If you book a call, the booking runs through Microsoft Bookings and we receive the details you enter (name, email, phone and any notes). If you request the capability overview by email, we receive the email address you provide. We use these details to run the meeting, send what you asked for, and follow up about Kaylee. We do not add you to any other list, and we do not sell or share your details.

Calls made by Kaylee for our clients

Kaylee makes calls on behalf of the businesses that use the service. On those calls Kaylee is the processor of our client's data, and our client is the business you have a relationship with. Calls are recorded and reviewed for quality and compliance, numbers are checked against the Do Not Call Register and opt-out lists before dialling, and Kaylee says it is an AI assistant if asked. If you ask not to be called again, your number is added to that client's opt-out list and is not called again.

If you received a call from Kaylee and have a question or complaint, you can tell Kaylee on the call, contact the business she called on behalf of, or contact us using the details below.

Where data is kept

Client data is processed and stored in Australian-based data centres and is used only for the purpose it was collected for. Call recordings and transcripts are kept for as long as our client requires them for quality, compliance and record keeping, and are then deleted.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or make a complaint about how it has been handled. Email julian@kayleeai.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change. Last updated 29 October 2026.
